March 21, 2017 Custom Furniture Building Eric Williams, Owner/President of Advanced Interior Construction is in a league all his own. From the initial correspondence I knew he was not an ordinary contractor, he is by far the most professional contractor I have ever worked with! I requested a custom built-in bookcase for our living room which is the focal wall of the home, with the TV on the side and not above the mantel to take away the center focus of the room from the TV. In addition, I had ugly brick that I wanted to cover up as well. He personally drew a design for me that blew me away. I am in no way talented at design but I have images in my head of what I want and he drew it perfectly. It was exactly what I was thinking and he executed with care and diligence. One of the most impressive things was, I prefer to get progress updates every so often and usually I am the one reaching out and contacting the contractor to see where we are with a project, Eric reached out to me first each time progress was made which impressed me beyond words. I already have ideas in mind to update the master bath and I wouldn't use anyone except Eric. He is extremely talented, professional, and a genuinely nice person. Not to mention he and his crew cleaned up after working each day to help cause as little disturbance during the construction as possible. This enhancement to our home is priceless to me and I am very grateful I found Eric. Jacob K.

July 6, 2017 TV Mounting Eric was able to get someone out to our house for a small project (mounting a TV outside) very quickly. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. And John who did the work was great! He was very nice, cleaned up after himself, and did quality work. I will use Advanced Interiors again in the future. |

April 26, 2017 General Contracting Eric and his team did a fantastic job on my building! I had a vision and they made it happen. I asked for a wall to be built, a window to be put in, bathroom floors to be replaced, and new paint in my common area. They were very professional while in my building during business hours. They cleaned up their work area every day, and they finished ahead of schedule. Eric was very detailed in his quoting process and made sure to go over any changes with me as they were needed. I would highly recommend Advanced Interior Construction, LLC to anyone that has future project needs. January 12, 2017 Home Remodeling Project included a remodel, creating new rooms, walls, floors, windows, basically everything. Eric and his team were very responsive and flexible. October 7, 2016 Drywall Installation and Hanging I needed assistance with a small master bathroom project, and through research came upon a website called thumbtack. I answered a few questions and the website returned with a recommendation, Eric Williams from Advanced Interior Construction, LLC. Within just a few hours, Eric Williams responded and offered to come as soon as the next day to provide a quote. I accepted and he showed up the next day on time. First impressions are everything and Eric’s was great. He professionally assessed the issues, offered suggestions, and provided a comprehensive quote the next day. Over the last 10 years, I have engaged many contractors to do work for me and many, if not most of them, either did not provide a timely quote or some didn’t even follow up at all. Eric was different. Not only did he provide a prompt response, but it was detailed and included different options/solutions. Let me state that I could not have made a better choice in choosing Eric as my contractor. He’s got an eye for aesthetics, detail and is very knowledgeable in his trade. He was organized, cleaned up daily, and was considerate of limiting the amount of disruption to my life. His work was top notch, my wife (very picky) even agreed, and I plan to use him again and again. I strongly recommend Eric to others and I can’t wait to tell all of my friends and family |
